These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by RYANTECH ELECTRONS TRADINGS (PTY) LTD. By requesting a quote, booking a call-out, or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
RYANTECH ELECTRONS TRADINGS (PTY) LTD provides technical services including but not limited to installations, maintenance, repairs, fault finding, inspections, and compliance work for residential and commercial clients.
All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and technical feasibility.
Quotations are provided based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may change if additional work, materials, or unforeseen issues are identified during service delivery.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for a limited time and may be subject to change.
Booked call-outs and appointments are scheduled in good faith. Clients are expected to provide reasonable access to the premises at the agreed time.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a call-out fee where applicable.
Payment terms will be communicated before work begins. Payment is due as agreed and may be required before, during, or upon completion of services.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services or withholding of certificates or documentation where legally permitted.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information regarding the work required
Ensuring safe and reasonable access to the site
Disclosing any known faults, hazards, or previous work
RYANTECH ELECTRONS TRADINGS (PTY) LTD is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
While all reasonable care is taken, RYANTECH ELECTRONS TRADINGS (PTY) LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for existing faults, pre-existing damage, or third-party equipment failures discovered during service delivery.
Where applicable, inspections and certificates such as Electrical Certificates of Compliance are issued only after work meets required standards. Certificates will not be issued if installations are found to be non-compliant.
Any warranties apply only to the specific work performed and do not cover misuse, unauthorised modifications, or third-party interference after service completion.
RYANTECH ELECTRONS TRADINGS (PTY) LTD reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in situations involving unsafe working conditions, non-payment, or abusive behaviour.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
